We opted out on the vitamin K shot for our infant when he was born. Our doctor recommended this product and that’s what we went with. So far I have been very satisfied with these liquid vitamin k drops and would recommend to other parents.
We purchased this for our new addition to the family way safer than the vitamin K shots and easy to use!
This is perfect for the oral vitamin k protocol for newborns after birth instead of the shot.Denmark protocol is, 2mg at birth within first 24hrs, then 1mg each week until 3 month of age.
A game changer for us! We used it once a week for our new born for 12 weeks. We set a reminder every Saturday. He’s a healthy little boy now.We went the drops route instead of doing the shot, he is not circumcised. So we didn’t need it, but using them was peace of mind.
After being guilt tripped about the shot, I stood my ground and used these instead and just felt so much better knowing 100% what was in it, but also that it worked!! The shelf life is super long too so I will be using for my second as well hopefully!
Great for baby post birth. Effectively, easy to administer
We didn't want any vx in the hospital, our midwife recommended these in place of the Vit K shot. We have no regrets! These are great. Baby doesn't mind taste and does the same job without the harmful side effects!
Excellent product recommended by my Chiropractor for bone strengthening.
the best drop dispenser we've used- the "extra" sucks back into the bottle. Daughter doesn't like the taste- she has "super taste buds". I don't mind the taste. Trusting it does what it's supposed to do.
Obviously you just get what you need from buying a product like this, the only thing I found was its hard to mix with breast milk, but baby seems to like it the flavor
Easy to administer.
Easy to use. Noticed a difference immediately
I was going to use this, but found it hard to measure the dosage because you can squeeze different amounts out everytime. It was too hard for me to figure out so I didn’t end up using it. I’ve heard a lot of people like this though.
It is somewhat thick but easy to put directly into my newborns mouth. The instructions I was given, (again, not medical advice), were to give 4 drops within 6 hours of delivery and then 2 drops every week for the next 3 months as prophylaxis against VKBD.
Ordered for my newborn as an alternative for the black box warning label vü™ìine! No problems, baby is over 2 months old now and thriving.
Was never planning on giving my baby the shot, but was still anxious about potential bleeding. So glad I found out about these drops. Healthy 6 week old baby! (:
Great product.
Used as directed by pediatrician. Works great!
Great to have with a newborn!
Did the job
Used with infant as replacement for v
Just note that the liquid is thick so the "drop" is more like a glob when it comes out and you have to really squeeze the bottle.
Just taking it to see if I don’t get sick as often. Referred by a friend. She loves it
Used these as an alternative to the injection on our newborn. No adverse effects, happy with the product.
Baby likes the taste
Love that we didn’t have to give our baby the vitamin k shot and could use these instead. Such a relief and easy to give our infant!
Easy to use, doesn't have a bad taste. I didn't want to give baby Vit K shot in the hospital since it had other ingredients added to it. My old neighbor told me she gave vit k shots to her son after birth so I decided to try it on my 2nd son. I gave it to him 1x a week.
Substituí la inyección de Fitomenadiona por 4 gotas de esta vitamina el primer día y 2 gotas una vez a la semana. Excelente para recién nacidos.
Use this vitamin k supplement for my baby when i gave birth at the hospital to avoid getting a shot. My baby had no reactions toward it and has been perfectly fine 2 years later.
I mix 4 drops into my babies milk as recommended by her pediatrician as I opted out our vitamin k shots when she was born
We uses this for our baby, because we had a home birth and our midwives told us to give her a drop once a week for 6 weeks. It seems to be working well!
