I have been taking this probiotic for over ten years. It was recommended to me by my chiropractor, who said it had more beneficial bacteria than most probiotics available. Very helpful for Leaky Gut syndrome or siimply following a necessary course of antibiotics.

I have asthma since I was a little kid but recently it has been getting worst and the only meds I have beebn prescribed is stuff I really don't want to take because no one really knows the side effects of a life long usage of steroids and the other crap that they prescrive to every asthma patient. I am glad the drugs exist but I believe in alternatives too and after doing some research I found that this probiotic contains a couple of strains that are supposed to be great for asthma and it is. I was doing 20 puffs a day and cortisone, nebulizer and I am not in need of any of it anymore. I take one capsule at night and that is it.

Great probiotic!

Digestive issues exacerbated by stress to the degree that I hesitated to go anywhere in case I needed a bathroom. PCP ran tests but no specific bacteria or virus was detected. I discovered that yogurt helped slightly, so I thought probiotics might help more - it has! I have been taking these for only a week, and am already almost back to normal. So grateful for a pure, natural, effective remedy.
