I almost never write a review and I may jumping the gun--took the first one this morning and about noon it either kicked in or the energy fairy showoff up. I don't drink coffee or tea because it does wake me up but it is not a good wake up. I am 81, had a massive near death 3 month battle with sepsis...result Non stop Fatigue,,,,the kind that won't even goo away long enough to get dressed in morning. The fatigue is so bad doctor prescribed aderall...I was not impressed so stopped after 3 days. But this large dose of B12 almost scared ne when it kicked in --thingns I haven't done for myself in 3 years I was doing them this afternoon...IF I was just having the energy fairy here and this does not continue I will take the time to re-write my review. For an absolute miracle

I can tell a difference in my overall health and mood.
