I personally don’t trust a lot of supplements out on the market but I love this brand! I’m also testing low on b vitamins when I do blood work so started taking these and excited to see how much it helps. Definitely makes your pee VERY yellow just fyi don’t be alarmed lol
We take this daily and love it.
There were no negative side effects for me, but I didn't notice a difference in energy levels.

Allithiamine is the natural form of B1, and is fat soluble rather than water soluble like its counterpart, thiamine. It would be great as the fat soluble has better long term effects on the brain. Other than that, it’s a great B complex. Just could be a tad better.

I like that they don't use cyanocobalamin for their B12.
