Marian LOVE THIS PRODUCT. really does the job to improve digestion and i notice that when not take it vs when do.Also in my experience and research this company is one of the most trustworthy /reliable for what they produce in supplements and is most recommended by the best practitioners i know. I do not know why they ask for rating on pain relief...but maybe i do not know of that potential with this supplement. ..and was never recommended to me for that .
