It's difficult to write a review on a product such as this regarding effectiveness. You need to take them for a while before you really know. But I can say that I have had no adverse reactions to taking these capsules. Though they don't contain a number of common allergens, such as eggs or peanuts, they do say that other products containing these items are manufactured in the same location. I'm not allergic to any of the listed things, but do keep this in mind when ordering these.

This probiotic is more effective than the usual because it's spore based. That means it can withstand stomach acid better which allows the probiotic to reach through the intestines for added usage. It's the standard 2 capsules per serving and they go down easy.

Excellent soil based probiotic. I am feeling so much better with this in my arsenal of gut health! I have had a really long health crisis and a functional medicine dr and naturopath helped me learn I need a soil based probiotic every day for my system right now and this has helped a lot with my digestive issues and I think it’s helping the pain in my gut too. I am not sure if it’s from the inflammation going down or what, but I am thankful for this product. It’s easy to swallow, I don’t taste anything and I don’t have any side effects, besides better health! Thank you!

Because vitamins & supplements are not closely regulated it’s difficult to gauge the effectiveness of one brand versus another. All I can attest to is that my experience with this brand had no ill effects.I take a probiotic daily with my multivitamin & other supplements. At 11 BILLION CFU per 2 capsules, this probiotic is only about average potency compared to other brands I've previously used. The price point is a bit high in my opinion.
