Didn’t see much of a difference other than helping with hot flashes

Just what I needed!! Saw relief in 2-3 days with hot flashes & esp night sweats. Now taking almost 6 weeks, I've noticed a reduction in bloating and some weight loss. Very rare to have a hot flash. Helped stabilize mood as well. Won't be without these!!!

Being a skeptic that has tried everything and worked to avoid hormone therapy, this one did the trick. I thought I was crazy at first, as my hot flashes and night sweats disappeared within 3 days! Ok, so I have been taking this now for three months. WOW, I can tell you if I do not take it. I am tired and my hot flashes are back. They have no taste, smell. The size of them is small. They are great for the price and I will continue to buy them. Wish I had found them sooner! They are not sticky. They help relieve my hot flashes so much!
