As an ex-dancer and a yoga enthusiast, I am plagued with cramping muscles. They are a very unpleasant way to be awakened at night or seizing in the middle of yoga practice. I try everything to get rid of this extremely painful attack. I tried Nutri-Magic and didn’t expect too much this soon. But, I am really finding relief from these spasms. Great ProductMy doctor suggested starting to take a Magnesium supplement since I have shown deficiencies in my last blood tests. Went for another test 2.5 weeks after ingesting these capsules regularly as advised (1 Per Day). I am no longer deficient and now have more than enough Magnesium in my body. I will continue taking them regularly.. Another wonderful thing about this supplement is that it provides all the magnesium my body needs in 1 capsule - that is a dealbreaker for me since I truly despise taking pills/capsules.
after read i saw there are differents type of magnesiums and this bottle contain everything.the pill is very easy to swallow and gluten free.clean ingredients, im happy with this

For the last month, I’ve been taking one capsule right before bed and have noticed that my morning workout recovery period has improved, mainly, less muscle aches than ever before. Have also felt more calm and at ease with a more focused state of mind. Product has definitely worked well for me. Not sure if I was already deficient, but if I was, this filled the void.
